Partner terms
These terms apply to everyone in the EventRaptor Partner Program. By applying, you agree to them. Last updated 28 October 2026.
1. Joining the program
We review every application and reply within one working day. We may decline an application, or close a partner account that breaks these terms. You join as an independent contractor. Nothing in the program makes you an employee, agent or legal partner of EventRaptor, and you can't make promises or agreements on our behalf.
2. What you earn
- 30% for the customer's lifetime on every payment for an EventRaptor or CRMRaptor subscription, and for a Client Attraction Success Hub membership, including upgrades, for as long as the customer pays and you remain a partner in good standing.
- 50% of what the buyer pays for the Summit Success Kit, after any coupon. On a payment plan, you earn on each instalment that's paid.
- 10% of every payment a client makes for a done-for-you service, for as long as their agreement runs. If a payment plan stops, you simply earn on what was paid.
Commission is worked out on what the customer actually pays, excluding taxes. Nothing is deducted for card processing. Customers never pay more because you referred them.
3. How credit is given
- Your partner links contain /promo/. When someone clicks one, we remember it for 90 days. If they click more than one partner's link, the last partner link they clicked gets the credit.
- When you register an introduction, by using our introduction form or by copying partners@eventraptor.com into your introduction email, the credit is yours for 90 days from that date, even if the person later clicks another partner's link.
- If the person had booked a call with us, or was in active conversation with our team, in the 60 days before your click or introduction, no partner is credited.
- If no link or registered introduction applies, the partner the customer names when asked "Who referred you?" is credited.
- If you believe a sale is yours and it wasn't credited, tell us within 14 days of the purchase. We'll credit you if no other partner has been credited for it.
- Each sale is credited to one partner. We never split a commission, and once we've confirmed a commission to you, we won't move it to someone else.
- If someone creates a free speaker directory profile through your link and upgrades to a paid plan within 90 days, you're credited.
- Summit promoter links, which contain /event/, promote one host's summit. They aren't part of this program, and that host sets any commission.
4. Payouts
- We pay on the 15th of each month (US Eastern time), for every commission whose payment cleared at least 30 days earlier.
- The minimum payout is $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
- We pay by PayPal or Wise. You're responsible for any fees your provider charges you.
- Before your first payout we need a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US). You're responsible for your own taxes.
- If a customer is refunded or charges back a payment, no commission is due on it. If a Summit Success Kit buyer is refunded under the Kit's 12-month guarantee after you've been paid, that commission is deducted from your future payouts. We'll never invoice you for it.
- Each payout comes with a statement listing your referrals and their status.
5. Telling people you're a partner
Whenever you recommend EventRaptor, say clearly that you're a partner and may earn a commission, right beside the recommendation. A note in a footer or on a separate page isn't enough. "#ad" or "(paid link)" works on social media, and in video and podcasts you say it out loud as well as writing it in the description. The partner hub has lines you can copy.
6. What partners may not do
- Make income or earnings claims, about your commissions or about what anyone will make, or share results that aren't in our approved materials.
- Bid on EventRaptor, CRMRaptor, Summit Success Kit or similar names, or misspellings of them, in paid search. Please add them as negative keywords.
- Post our offers on coupon or deal sites, or promote codes we didn't give you.
- Refer yourself or anyone in your household.
- Use cookie stuffing, hidden links, pop-ups or anything else that sets a partner link without a genuine click.
- Create websites, domains, pages, channels or social accounts that use our brand names.
- Send spam, including unsolicited bulk emails or DMs, or post links in groups that don't allow them.
- Offer buyers cash back or a share of your commission.
- Introduce anyone to us without their permission.
- Promote partner links during a session you're presenting on a summit we run.
If you break these rules, unpaid commissions may be forfeited and we may close your partner account. We check partners' public promotions from time to time.
7. Our brand
You may use our name, logos and the graphics on the partner hub to promote us, without changing them. Don't suggest that we endorse you or your business beyond your partnership.
8. Changes and ending the partnership
We may change these terms or the commission rates with 30 days' notice by email. Either of us can end the partnership at any time by email. If we end it for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we'll keep paying commission you've already earned on existing customers.
