Steve is an engineer, an MBA and a former Chief Technology Officer, with nearly 50 years in IT. He was CTO at Mary Morrissey's Brave Thinking Institute until 2020, when he left his job to start his own coaching business. Eight weeks in, he ran his first virtual summit, and he went on to build EventRaptor.

Jennie co‑founded EventRaptor and is the face of our virtual events. Speaker Connections was her idea, and she's been the heart and soul of it ever since. A former performing arts teacher, British English voiceover artist and confidence coach, she has been networking for over 20 years and is a key driver behind bringing speakers and hosts into the EventRaptor eco‑system.

Jake co‑founded EventRaptor with his parents, Steve and Jennie. He is a business consultant in the Middle East, working in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, and acts as an advisor to the business.
In 2020 Steve ran his first virtual summit to grow his coaching business, and he couldn't find a single system that did what he needed, so he automated it himself. Other hosts asked to use it, and Steve, Jennie, and Jake decided to turn it into EventRaptor.
