Email templates

We've created some email templates you can use to promote EventRaptor via email and social media. Feel free to copy and use as you see fit, ensuring that you're using your correct affiliate links displayed on this page.

Tips

• Affiliate commissions are paid out after 60 days from purchase.
• You can use any of the above links to promote EventRaptor - as long as someone buys after clicking on any of the links, you'll receive credit for the referral.
• We recommend using a redirect link instead of sharing your affiliate link directly, as it tends to lead to higher conversions.
• You will be more successful promoting EventRaptor to an audience that will genuinely benefit from it. Please don't spam your link in online groups and communities without consent.
• Showcase EventRaptor and it's benefits through a variety of formats, e.g. video, blog posts, and more. Note: please ensure that you disclose that any opinions stated in reviews are your own, and no editorial input has been provided by EventRaptor.

Affiliate rules

• Last Touch normally applies - If you were the last person to talk or discuss EventRaptor with a potential client, or they used your link to sign up, you get the credit in most instances.
• • If the new customer/client booked a call in the last 2 months, or we are regularly in contact with the customer/client, then you may not get credited for the sale.
• Cookie lifespan - our cookie remains in the device and browser used for 30 days. If the visitor clicks on a new or different affiliate link, then the details stored will be reset, and will last another 30 days.
• No self-credit - anyone found to be trying to use their own affiliate link to refer themselves as a sale will have those commissions voided, and potentially lose access to the affiliate program if there are attempts to abuse the system.
• If you are talking to a potential customer that then signs up using someone else's affiliate link, we unfortunately cannot give you credit. The only time we can apply commission in retrospect is if nobody else received commission for the purchase. It would not be fair if someone receives a commission notification, then later has this revoked.
• If you encouraged someone to purchase EventRaptor and they did not purchase through another affiliate's link, please tell us within 3 days of purchase to receive retroactive credit.
• You agree to adhere to FTC guidelines and local laws when promoting our products and services. Ensure you are properly disclosing your affiliate relationship with EventRaptor.
• Affiliates shall not create social media pages, channels or websites using the ‘EventRaptor’ brand name. This is to prevent any abuse of our brand, intellectual property, and avoid customer confusion. Doing so will have your affiliate account terminated.
